Located on the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Beachwalk Villas 5201 is the perfect place to relax, soak up the sun, and get your tan on. The two-level condo sits right on the edge of Horseshoe Lake, offering amazing views from the living area and private deck. The inside features high ceilings, lots of sunshine, and open spaces. With three king bedrooms and a bonus loft, cozy accommodations are provided for up to 8 guests.
The first floor features a welcoming and open floorplan for vacationers to gather together, unwind, and enjoy each other’s company. A vaulted ceiling, skylight, and sliding glass doors create a bright and airy atmosphere. Colorful furnishings, wall art, and décor add to the laid-back feel. In the living room, two striped armchairs flank a plush blue sofa. An oversized drink table sits in the center of this casual seating ensemble. The setup faces a huge flatscreen TV mounted atop a white and glass front credenza. On one side of the living room, two sets of sliding glass doors lead to a lakefront patio with gorgeous views. Furnished with wicker chairs and a BBQ grill, this idyllic spot is perfect for enjoying drinks and dinner while taking in the gorgeous view. Back inside, the dining area is located on the other side of the living room. It includes a round table surrounded by patterned chairs, all of which are seated beneath an industrial chandelier. Two raised chairs at the kitchen’s sleek breakfast bar provide additional seating. The modern kitchen features white cabinets, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances.
Upstairs, you will find a spacious loft with a bonus living area. Here, a yellow couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, along with an armchair. There is a wooden desk that can be used for remote work.
Of the condo’s three bedrooms, two are located on the first floor. Each is sunny and has a comfortable king-size bed, flatscreen TV, patio access, and a private bath. The primary suite is on the second floor. It boasts a king-size bed, cottage-style furnishings, beachy décor, a large TV, and access to an intimate lake-view balcony. Its ensuite bath has a dual vessel-sink vanity and a glass-walled shower. Also on the second level is a bonus bedroom, complete with a queen-size bed and skylight.
Another benefit of booking a stay at Beachwalk Villas is the amenities. One of these is a lakeside community pool. Set among palm trees and right along the water, you can spend hours here with your crew. Though the beach is only a ten-minute stroll from the property, guests can take the brand-new golf cart, which has six seats and Bluetooth—so you can listen to your favorite beach tunes all the way to the sugary shores.
