The first floor has a king master bedroom with an ensuite bath. Also featured is a private patio great for meditation or drinking your morning coffee.
The large dining room can comfortably seat six people, and the breakfast bar accommodates three more. The large kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances, a toaster, and a coffeepot. This kitchen also boasts a tucked-away washer and dryer for your convenience.
The living room contains a large flat screen T.V. and comfortable seating for the whole family. The back patio has a golf course view and a private gas grill off the living area.
A short walk up the stairs brings you to a loft room with two twin beds, a desk with a tv/computer monitor, and fun board games for entertainment.
Off of the loft is the second king master bedroom with a private attached full bathroom with double sinks and a spacious stand-up shower.
The Beachwalk Villas are very close to the beach, and it’s a short trip to the emerald-green waters. You can ride to the famous Baytowne Wharf featuring dining, entertainment, and shopping. **NOTICE** There is only one parking space for your car and one for the golf cart. There will be a $100 fine each day for an extra car at the unit.
