Walking to the beach, restaurants and shops in Hallandale, close to Aventura Mall and Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino. Our shuttle service is available daily to the beach club and shops. Gym and pool facing Intercostal. The rate doesn't include Resort Fee or Valet Parking, these must be paid directly at reception upon check-in. Check in 4pm / Check out: 11am. 21 or older to rent.
The Space:
Enjoy the beautiful master bedroom featuring a queen bed, walk-in closet, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, and balcony access. Additionally, there is a second bedroom designed akin to a hotel room, furnished with two full beds, a desk with chair, TV, mini refrigerator, standard coffee maker, bathroom with shower, closet, and balcony access. The spacious and bright living room offers balcony access, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and laundry space with washer/dryer.
The unit includes resort-provided Wi-Fi and cable TV.
This is a private unit in the Resort without daily cleaning services, for this reason we've ensured that it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, it includes:
- Kitchen: Small frying pan, pot, colander, small coffee maker (no coffee) and basic cutlery. Plan ahead and bring what you need if you are going to do a lot of cooking.
- Bathroom: 4 body towels, 2 face towels, 1 hand towel, bathroom mat, one hairdryer, 2 rolls of toilet paper and welcome toiletries (for arrival), consider bringing extra toiletries and toilet paper for longer stays.
This is a condominium hotel with a 24/7 Reception.
The reception staff will give you a key card for the door, the elevator, the gym and the swimming pool. (Check in may take a while depending on occupancy at the time of arrival)
You'll enjoy free access to the gym, lobby pool (private or shared) and beach. The rooftop pool is for owners only, not currently available for guests. The beach is located less than 5 minutes away from the building. There's plenty of restaurants nearby.

Beach Service :
There is a white van that will drop you off and pick you up near the Hyde beach entrance: where the security kiosk is located next to Etaru Restaurant. If you need to request the van from the beach to the building, just call the front desk and let them know you are waiting there. From the drop off point, you can either walk along the beach to the left to the North or you can cross the street and access the public path next to Tides. If you walk to the left you will find Esteban's place. He is identified with white and blue umbrellas and a kiosk where a photo ID will be requested. They are clearly identified with Esteban's Place signs.
The beach service includes:
-Two (2) Beach Chairs
-One (1) Umbrella
Remember that these items are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ( FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ) Once it runs out . If you want to rent more chairs and umbrellas, this has a cost of $40 you must ask for them at Esteban's place.

Just a friendly reminder, during your stay please follow the HOUSE RULES:
Treat the apartment as your own home; this is not a hotel, it is a private unit.
Try to leave the unit in the same conditions in which you found it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you will need to provide your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.). There are several shops located within walking distance.
Take out the trash, wash the dishes, or put them in the dishwasher already clean on departure. There is a garbage fine of $60.
Take care of sheets and towels (towels are not for cleaning the countertop or kitchen). In the event that the cleaning staff find damaged objects, blood-stained towels, makeup, or others, the guest will be charged the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged object, without exceptions.
This is a NON-smoking unit! Smoking indoors will result in a minimum additional cleaning fee of $200.
No pets allowed. In case you have a SERVICE support pet, please attach your documentation in the Airbnb chat. In the event that the pet is not a SERVICE DOG or does not have documentation, a $200 fine will be charged. In any case, if your pet causes damage to the property, the corresponding compensation will be requested through aircover.
The guest is responsible for any damage in the apartment.
The rate includes a one-time departure cleaning fee. Guests leaving the premises excessively dirty will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
Does not include daily maid service. Additional cleaning is available for an additional charge upon request.
Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Upon request, early check-in fee of $100 from 11 am - late check-out fee of $150 until 2:30 pm (subject to availability). There is a $75 fine for leaving after 11 AM without warning.
A PACK AND PLAY is available upon request ($30 fee). It does not include sheet, blanket, and pillow for the baby.
The complex reserves the right of admission and permanence of the guests, being able to expel any guest who is in a situation of non-compliance with the rules of the building. If guests are kicked out for breaking the rules, we are not responsible for that action, and no refund will apply. You are duly notified.
BASIC RULES:
Parties are not allowed. If we find out you had a party, there is a $175 fine.
Loud noises are not allowed.
NO smoking inside the apartment; there is a $200 fine.
It is important not to flush paper, intimate towels, wipes, or other products down the toilet as it can clog the pipes, causing serious and costly problems. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $150.
Do not touch the smoke detectors. Any damage to these devices will result in a fine.
The household items inside the units are available for your use during your stay. Please do not take any furniture or tableware outside of the unit.
Due to the high number of visitors at the resort, delays in the elevators may occur.
The restaurant is temporarily out of service.
To contact valet parking, please go directly to the counter, it is not possible to do it by phone.
The units do not have a private phone.
The pool may be temporarily out of service for a specific repair, which cannot be advised in advance.
