Beach walk 301 is conveniently located between Surfside pier and Garden City pier. This is a second row condo that is just steps away from the beach. There are 12 units in the complex. Beach walk 301 is on the top floor on the corner and is approximately 1100 square feet. The top floor offers vaulted ceilings with a sky light. There is a spacious kitchen and dining area. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The balcony porch is a delight to sit and watch the sunsets with your loved ones. There is ample parking in the rear and also some other parking up front by the road. There is a pool located onsite and also there is a barbecue area for grilling. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit offering a king bed, a queen bed and a pull out couch that is also a queen. There are 2 full baths. The unit is fully equipped. Linens (sheets and towels) are NOT included and no linen service is offered from the owner. There are Linen services available in the area (Google).You will also need to bring your paper products. There is free WiFi included with your stay. We love the area! Surfside is very family friendly with many great places to eat nearby such as Murrels Inlet and Broadway at the Beach. There is also a water park (Wild Water & Wheels) just minutes away from the property that families always enjoy. ATTENTION 25+ years of age minimum requirement for booking. Parents do NOT book on your children’s behalf, all monies with be forfeited if found otherwise. SPECIAL SNOW BIRD MONTHLY RATES SEPTEMBER 1st - MARCH 31st $950 per month plus $65 cleaning fee.
