Gorgeous 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, Beach House in pristine, gated Kiva Dunes Beach and Golf Resort. 4 balconies to have morning coffee and listen to the gulf waves crashing! We are located just a few houses off the beach, approximately one block from the white, sandy private beach walkover!
3 houses away is the only, very large, heated, community pool.
1st floor-1 bedroom w/Queen and 32" LCD/HD flat screen tv. 1 bedroom w/full over full bunk w/twin trundle and 1 twin bed, additional twin bed in Kids Cave, under staircase. 1 bath w/clawfoot tub, laundry room w/washer/dryer, 2 car garage
2nd floor-huge living room w/fireplace and covered balconies on both sides overlooking Kiva Dunes. 2 Queen sleeper sofas w/Sealy mattresses. Large kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar. Dining room, 1 bedroom w/Queen and 32" LCD/HD flat screen tv. bath with tub/shower combo
3rd floor-Huge Master w/King, 2 large balconies,office space w/desk, 42" LCD/HD flat screen tv, huge walk in closet with built ins, large master bath with jacuzzi tub, separate shower
Free wifi and office set-up with printer, fax, scanner-we hope you don't have to work while your on vacation but it's here just in case...
Kiva Dunes Resort has tennis courts, 3 community pools and a 1st class Country Club that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner! Hand made pizza's, delivered during summer months. Ice Cream truck comes through neighborhood daily during summer. Free shuttle service to Beach during summer months-but you won't need a shuttle here since we are only 1 block from the beach!
Kiva Dunes golf couse is rated #1 in Alabama and recently went through a multi million dollar renovation.
