THANKSGIVING 2021 - We will consider non-Saturday arrival and departure dates depending on the property. Please note that your rate will be adjusted to reflect the full holiday rate if you book a non-Saturday to Saturday stay that straddles the week of November 20 - 27, 2021. To quickly learn the full holiday week rate, you can enter the dates of November 20 - 27, 2021. This is the full holiday week rate you will be paying for a 7 night stay. 3. CHRISTMAS WEEK 2021 - We will be accepting reservations of seven nights or more with a departure date between December 25 - 27, 2021. 4. NEW YEARS EVE WEEK 2021 - We will be accepting reservations of 7 nights or more with an arrival date between December 27 – 31, 2021. If the property you are interested in already has a departure on December 26 then we will accept a reservation with an arrival of December 26. 5. JANUARY 2022 - We will be accepting reservations of 7 nights or more with arrival dates of January 3 or later. Departure dates must be a Saturday. Beachology is nestled north of Pine Avenue on Jacaranda Rd, just a 2-minute walk from the Seagrape Lane public beach access. With a beach cart, beach chairs and cooler available for your use, just add your own beach gear to the load and you'll easily be ready for a day of fun in the sun. The palm-shaded alley behind the house can get you on your way in a jiffy. Just exit through the gate at the back of the property and turn left. Easy access to the beach isn't all this amazing home has to offer! After the beach, grab a quick rinse under the outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water to keep you comfortable. A heated pool and poolside lounge area make enjoying the outdoors at the house a delight. Watch a game on the mounted TV while you enjoy the pool, settle yourself on the patio furniture and sip a refreshing drink, or soak up the sunshine in the loungers. To catch a little more Florida breeze, move up to the second-floor balcony off the living room. Wait, there's more! Half of the two-car garage is set up as a game room and lounge. Complete with foosball, ping pong, mini-refrigerator, pub table and seating around a mounted flat-screen TV, there's a little something for everyone. With just as much to offer on the inside, you'll want for nothing at Beachology! An elevator makes settling in a breeze and is perfect for multi-generational groups. High ceilings and an open floor plan give the home a wide-open and spacious feel. The living room features a large flat-screen TV mounted above the mantle. Easily view the TV from the dining table, which seats eight comfortably. Additional seating for four is available at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of counter space and stainless-steel appliances, including a double wall oven, glass cooktop stove, French-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, and microwave. Five spacious bedrooms allow everyone in the group to spread out into their own space. On the main living level, there are two bedrooms. One has two twin bunk beds and a TV - perfect for the kids! The other has a king bed with a TV and access to the Jack & Jill bathroom shared with the hall. On the third floor there are three bedrooms. In the main hall, there is a wet bar with a mini-refrigerator and a closet with toys, board games, books, and DVDs. At the end of the hall there is a queen bedroom with a TV and a king bedroom with an enormous closet and TV. These rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom, however the queen bedroom has access to its own toilet and sink area that can be closed off from the rest of the bathroom. Last but certainly not least, the master bedroom is bright, spacious and lovely, featuring a king bed, TV, private balcony where you can glimpse the Gulf, large ensuite bath with a jetted tub and separate shower, and an enormous walk-in closet.
