Designed for comfort, you’ll relax and enjoy wonderful views and magnificent sunsets over Penneshaw beach and Backstairs Passage to the mainland. A large open plan living area and expansive deck with a barbeque and outdoor furniture provide a haven for entertaining and is the perfect setting to enjoy good company and spectacular views. You can enjoy the Wallabies feeding on the lawn and Fairy Penguins wandering through the area at night. Only 50 metres walk to Penneshaw’s pristine swimming beach and close to local conveniences, it can accommodate eight people.
The essence of the property was eloquently captured by a recent guest " perfectly located within Penneshaw. Fantastic views of the ocean. Very close to the beach. You can hear the waves crashing by the beach as you listen to the crackle of the fireplace. So close to beach, its a short walk to be down on the sand. Situated close to the main centre, a short walk to all of the facilities (shops, restaurents and cafes). Several trails in close proximity too that are worth seeing. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay, all the mod cons and more. Nicely secluded and quiet neighborhood- so all you can hear is nature."
