Each house house boasts a sense of space and peace & tranquility. The houses are split level fully contained formation with the upper sleeping 4 people and the lower sleeping 6 people. Access to the property is through a secured electronic gated entrance and has private parking. Relax by the private poolside terrace or cool off in the 10m x 5m pool.
Upper House – 100sqm
Entering through the main door will lead you directly into the large modern open planned kitchen, dining & living space with south facing patio doors leading directly to the terrace and access to the pool. The fully equipped fitted kitchen is more than generous and will exceed all your culinary requirements for your stay.
Leading from the living space along the corridor you will find a large double en-suite bedroom and twin bedroom with a large separate full bathroom. The bedrooms have ample built in wardrobe space and are spacious.
Lower House – 120sqm
Access to the lower house is via the large private stoned courtyard. You will be welcomed by the large open living space and the fireplace creating a central focal point. Patio doors lead back into the courtyard – ideal for Al Fresco dining on those warm Ionian summer nights.
The fully fitted equipped kitchen is support by internal breakfast dining space.
Along the corridor will bring you to the 3 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite, the 2nd double and twin single. All the bedrooms are spacious and have fully fitted wardrobe storage. The double and twin share a large full bathroom with full sized bath with over the bath shower.
