No Pets, no exceptions - I will assess a $100 / night fee through the Resolution Center if you bring a pet.
No cooking curry or other heavily spiced dishes - we don't have a spice kitchen and cannot remove the odor from heavily spiced cooking between guests - I will assess a $250 fee through the Resolution Center for the cost of odor removal.
Smoking on the deck permitted, but not inside.
No overcrowding - I will assess a $100 per night fee for each person over the maximum occupancy of 6 through the Airbnb resolution center.
