This is a unique property which boasts amazing views to Ailsa Craig, Arran and Royal Troon. It is the first property located on the beachfront of South Beach, Troon next to the prestigious Royal Troon Golf Club.
Westview, 86 South Beach Troon Ayrshire KA10 6EG is a three storey sandstone villa built around 1875. It offers 8 bedrooms, (I can offer up to 15 separate beds) two living rooms, 2 kitchens, 6 bathrooms, summer house and garden room. Private off road parking (for 5 or 6 cars and free street parking)and safe walled garden with gate giving direct access to the promenade and beach.
Perfect for family gatherings or for a group of golf enthusiasts or kite/wind surfers! In fact brilliant for any celebration whether it be a wedding, christening, birthday, anniversary or sadly a funeral. It offers all the comforts you would desire of a first class residence. You can open the door and be welcomed into luxury family accommodation with all mod cons. A stunning drawing room with amazing views over the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig. It also overlooks the Royal Troon Golf Course for those golf enthusiasts. NBC and Golf Channel VIP's were very happy here during the 2016 Open Golf Championship. All linen, towels, toiletries, hairdryers and household essentials are provided. Complementary bottle of champagne to start your vacation and important supplies for that welcoming cuppa.
You will have the opportunity to rent this entire property which can accommodate 14 /16 individuals in separate beds if required. There are 4 bedrooms in the double upper part of the house and 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. Off street parking for at least 5 cars. Free street parking.

There is a strict non smoking rule.
I allow dogs but there are strict rules about not allowing them in the bedrooms. Other rules relating to your pet will be mentioned on booking and I would appreciate that you walk your dogs regularly away from the garden. Also do not leave dogs unattended in the house unless they are left in the kitchens and you are sure they will not be distressed or cause damage. There will be an extra charge per dog.

Troon is a wonderful place to stay. Have a look on Google. There are great restaurants and easy access to Glasgow by train. Culzean Castle, Dumfries House and Burns Cottage are all a short drive from Troon. A visit by boat to the Isle of Arran from Ardrossan is a great day out as is a visit to the Great Cumbrae / Millport where you can hire bikes and cycle round the island with the children. Golf is obviously another draw and I have had many golfing enthusiasts from all around the world visit.
