PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE BUILDING WILL BE UNDERGOING POOL RENOVATIONS THAT WILL HAVE THE GREENSPACE, 1ST FLOOR BEACH ACCESS AND POOL CLOSED FROM 09/09/24, the anticipated completion date is 07/09/25 as a target. You will still be able to access the beach beside the building and use the other pool there at that access point.
"Footprints" is a recently remodeled condo and ALSO newly renovated building exterior and interiors. You will have access to all of the amenities of the award winning Sandestin Resort. This first floor 1385 sq ft 2/2 condo offers inspiring gulf views, the largest patio in the entire building, plus a grass lawn, sand dunes and two adjacent pools just steps from the front door.
The renovated kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops provide the perfect setting for your cooking enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need for the perfect meal. Just bring the food. There are 5 bar stools and seating for 8 or more at the dining table.
The beautiful over sized master bedroom with two queen beds and efficient second bedroom with full/full bunks plus trundle provide sleeping for nine guests.

Summary: Safety at this condo is not important to the rental company. A very easy key code that I made attempts to have our door fixed because the code didn’t work and no one came out after we had been assured that they would. Description says this has been a remodeled condo, it is in poor shape for something that just got remodeled.
