Summary: I would have given this unit a higher ranking, but based on what we got vs. what we paid for it, it just didn't live up to the listing. For what we paid, we thought we were getting something much better. Pros:Right on the beachNice pool areaClose to restaurants, groceries, shopping. etc.Kitchen and bathrooms recently remodeledProperty manager (Zareh) was INCREDIBLE. Very responsive to our needs. He mad what could have been a bad situation much more tolerable.ConsWARNING: construction of a major hotel and conference center is happening right next to this unit. This unit's balcony overlooks a crappy old condo unit and the construction site. Construction noise begins at 7:30am and ends near sunset. Yes, you can crane your neck and see the ocean but it's not what your main view is. Had we known this, we would not have booked it. The owner now has posted about this on the listing.Unit is not exactly as shown in the pictures. When you look closely (e.g. bathroom corners, baseboards, etc. not shown in photos) you can tell this unit is old, tired, and worn. Baseboards were scuffed with dirt; bathroom cabinets were chipped and scuffed. Bottom-line: The condo would have been acceptable if the construction wasn't happening and if we hadn't paid so much for what we got. It's a decent unit for the right price. Just know that it's not as presented in the photos.
