Summary: We rented this property as chaperones for my daughter's senior trip. The condo was much more spacious than I thought it would be, and it had a great view of the pool area as well as the beach. I was pleased with the cleanliness. We extended our stay two different times and the rental agency was very easy to work with, and was immediately accessible when our door code was not extended along with one of our stays. Even though there were a lot of seniors at the resort, our area on the 5th floor was very quiet. The two bedrooms are on the walk-way side of the resort, and I was never disturbed at night by any late-night festivities. Also the patio doors facing the pool area are amazingly sound-proof. There are some things to know about the location and Shores of Panama in general. 1. This place is massive! If you are looking to hang out with the beach crowd, this is your place. The pool area is very large and shaded. Also, everyone needs to keep in mind that the last week of May and first week of June is when this resort is the area hub of senior trip activity. I don't believe some guests realized this when they planned their trip. 2. The parking garage is built for mid-size to smaller vehicles. Larger SUV's and regular sized pick-ups can maneuver it, but it is very tight. Our vehicle would not fit, even though we were told it would, and we had to park on the first floor in oversized parking. 3. There are restaurants next door to the resort, as well as a Wal-Mart directly across the main street in front of the resort. There are also souvenir shops within walking distance. One of the restaurants, Pineapple Willy's, has a large deck that extends on to the beach. Overall, I enjoyed my stay more than I expected to. If staying at Shores of Panama, I would definitely recommend this unit.
