Beachfront Bliss is located in one of Destin's most iconic beachfront communities, Green Reef! Stay right on the beach with your own private beach! Each home has its own beach "backyard", so the only people allowed on your slice of the beach are you and your guests! You do not share your beach with anyone else, from corner to corner of the unit's beach deck, down to the waterline where the public can walk along the water (most "private" beaches share the beach with the others in the complex, subdivision or high rise, but not here!). Our "beach backyard" is ALL yours! We are built right on the sand, not across the street. The only way to stay closer to the water would be to stay on a boat!
No need to haul your beach stuff across the street, down any sidewalks, through any buildings, down any elevators!! No beach cart or buggy is necessary!!! No need to walk aimlessly trying to find an open spot on the beach to settle down, and no need to fight any other people for a good beach setup spot! NOPE.

This spacious beachfront townhome is newly remodeled, offering all the great home comfort and ease you need for some well-earned rest and relaxation, right on US Scenic Hwy 98.
Beachfront Bliss has three spacious floors, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.
From parking, you take one step up to enter through the front door on the middle level of the townhome. This middle/main level includes a spacious open floor plan with a full kitchen, living, and dining areas, all with massive no-pane windows overlooking the beach, giving you the best beachfront views you can get in Destin! This level has 1 kitchen, 1 full bathroom, laundry room, dining room, and living room.
To go upstairs to the top level, take the stairs up one level (from middle/main) and arrive at two master bedroom suites, each with comfy, cozy king beds that are perfect for two, and each with their own private full bathrooms. One master suite is on the street/parking side of the home, and the other master suite is on the beachside of the home, with large no-pane windows overlooking the beach, giving you gorgeous beachfront views RIGHT FROM YOUR BED, plus a private master suite balcony overlooking the Gulf!
To go downstairs to the bottom level (what we call the beach level), take the stairs down one level (from middle/main). This level has 2 bedrooms - one with bunk bed - king on the bottom, double on top, and the other is also a bunk bed - king on bottom and 2 doubles on top - and a full bathroom, as well as a 2nd kitchen and living room area.
This home comes thoughtfully equipped for your convenience with a washer and dryer, 2 stocked kitchens with basic cooking necessities, fully furnished open living areas with TVs and wifi, and all bed linens, and bath towels.
Beachfront Bliss comes with 2 convenient parking spots (that fit 4 standard-sized cars in total) right outside the front door, and easy access, no-contact self-check-in through the main front door using a door keypad.
** RIGHT ON THE SAND **
You cannot stay any closer to the beach than here unless you're on a boat!! Living on the sand is everything. From coffee on the beach deck in the morning to a glass of wine or cocktail on the beach deck watching the sunset or under the glow of the moon. Plus, you get your own private beach for your vacation. What more could you ask for?? Step right off the deck into the pristine, super soft white sands of Destin, Fl. The white sand beaches and the gorgeous green waters of the Emerald Coast are like no other in the US!!!!
We provide a starter beach chair service (two chairs and an umbrella) for guests staying March-October.
** FAMILY-FRIENDLY + BEACH WEDDINGS, PARTIES & EVENTS **
Beachfront Bliss is perfect for SMALL, intimate beach weddings, family reunion gatherings, anniversary parties, and other family-oriented events and celebrations.
We DO NOT book Spring Break groups or groups between the ages of 18-25. This is a family-friendly beachfront community.
** OTHER DETAILS / FAQS ** (please review all before booking)
AGE - All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.
CHECK IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in nor late check-out.
GRILL - There is 1 propane gas grill. We supply a propane tank BUT they may not be completely full as we try to be conservative. Please check propane tanks upon your arrival as we do not replace them every time to note waste. You are responsible to replace. The closest place is the Shell Station East on our street approximately 1.5 miles away.
COFFEE MAKERS - We have dual coffeemakers in the house - Keurig and regular.
PARKING - There are two extra-long parking spaces that can fit 3-4 standard-sized cars specific to this property, directly in front of the front door and labeled with the unit number.
SECURITY CAMERA - There is a security camera outside the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.
NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING beach house.
WEATHER / COVID - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/ or COVID/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
WHAT'S PROVIDED - We provide linens for all beds, all bath towels, and a "starter pack" for you consisting of a dishwasher tablet, a paper towel roll per kitchen, a toilet paper roll per bathroom, a trash bag, a kitchen sponge, and a travel-size shampoo/conditioner/soap per bathroom. Other toiletries, condiments, coffee, creamer, sugar, zip lock bags, and more are NOT provided.
