New to St George Island? Let us share what we have learned during our travels here. This condo complex "The Villas of St George Island" sits perfectly (in our favorite location) right in the central hub of the island. Puts you in walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, bars etc... This particular condo, that we've named "Paradise City," was our favorite condo at this location. It is a perfectly located 2 story corner condo that is beachfront AND poolside! The views from this unit are absolutely stunning! Because it is a corner unit, it is full of sunshine and has 4 balconies total- 2 beachfront balconies, 1 ocean view/poolside balcony and 1 balcony off the kitchen that overlooks the pool as well. This condo features tile floors throughout and is equipped with free Wi-Fi. The first level of this villa (located on the 2nd floor) is where the living and kitchen areas are. As of April 1st, 2021, this condo has had some new updates with more coming later this year. The living room area now has super-comfortable reclining couches. Once you get nestled into the couch, you can turn on the big, large screen smart TV. This TV is also equipped with a 4k/Bluray/DVD player, so bring any 4k or HD movies that you want to watch! The kitchen comes stocked with everything you should need including all big and small appliances, pots , pans, plates, utensils etc... (New stove and dining set were added 07/21) The second level of this villa (located on the 3rd floor) has the Master bedroom which is fitted with a new king size bed, large screen smart TV, 4K/Bluray/ DVD player, its own bathroom and personal beachfront balcony. The 2nd bathroom on this level includes a walk-in tile shower, and a new washer & dryer. As of April 1st 2021, the 2nd bedroom is now fitted with 2 Double beds and large screen smart TV. The new Double size beds make this room a little tight, but for us the comfort of the larger beds was well worth the loss of space. This room features its own personal balcony that has a gorgeous beach view and view overlooking the pool! This balcony allows you to keep up with the action in the center of the condo complex and pool area, while still being able to view the beach. Speaking of pool area, this complex has a wonderful swimming pool with tables, plenty of seating and a boardwalk that leads to the beach. Speaking of beach, we provide 4 very nice beach chairs and 4 marvelous beach towels for renters to enjoy during their stay. Although this complex definitely has a great family atmosphere, for those interested there is an outdoor beach bar that's close by. It's located behind the Blue Parrot restaurant that is just a quick stroll down the beach. There are also several restaurants to choose from within walking distance including... Harry A's, Mango Mike's, BJ's Pizza and Subs, Blue Parrot and more. Harry A's restaurant also has an outdoor stage and tiki bar/dance area that is a GREAT place to catch a wide variety of excellent live entertainment! This island has fun for the whole family. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and relax on a more secluded white sugar sand beach, Then this is THE place for you! Ask about off-season monthly deals! PLEASE NOTE: IF THERE IS EXTRA CLEANING NECESSARY AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE OR REMOVAL OF ANY TRASH/ DEBRIS YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY AND A FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!
