Stunning Oceanfront two-story Penthouse Dramatic ceilings and an abundance of windows framing panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Sandbridge Beach. This oversized penthouse boasts 4 Bed, 3 Full Baths. The views of the from both decks are stunning.

Lovely and spacious, Ocean's Point Penthouse is newly furnished and freshly painted, offering stunning views of Sandbridge Beach.
The open floor plan includes a light-filled 2 story great room with plenty of seating and a big-screen TV with surround sound. It opens to a kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless-steel appliances. The large dining table, along with the kitchen bar and the furnished coffee bar, seats everyone comfortably. There are three bedrooms on the first floor as well, including a primary suite with a flatscreen TV and its own bathroom with a jetted tub. The two other bedrooms (including one with a private balcony) share a full hallway bathroom.
The fourth bedroom / loft on the upper level is the perfect combination of an entertainment space (with a four-in-one mini game table and a big-screen TV), an extra sleeping area, and a workstation. So, this bonus loft can be used as an area for your teens and tweens to get away from the adults or shared by two families.
On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool ( pool open May 25 - Sept 30 ) and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators.

Summary: This is a beautiful condo with plenty of room for our 5 adults and 6 teenagers. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and the Sandbridge Seaside Market next door was an easy walk for donuts and groceries. There are plenty of chairs and a beach cart in the storage closet. Highly recommend!
