Enjoy the beachfront beautiful Gulf and amazing Sunsets from the beach when you vacation at Pelican Place. Brand new fully furnished Cottage Style private house on the Gulf of Mexico finished in March 2013 with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with approx. 2300 sq feet of living space to enjoy. Pelican Place has 2 master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. Amazing Gulf views await you in every room in Pelican Place. The house features a large porch with adorondack chairs to relax as you take in the Gulf views and the beautiful sunsets. At night, you can see the twinkling lights of the casinos and the Ocean Springs bridge across the Gulf. The sandy beach calls your name from the porch where you can relax and listen to the Gulf wash your cares away. Enjoy the pelicans, seagulls, ospreys and bald eagles or watch dolphins play in the Gulf. The white sand beach offers hours of beach combing and relaxation. As you drive down the road you might see an osprey hunting lunch or spot a Great Blue Heron standing in the water stalking a fish. When you arrive at Pelican Place, as you travel up the paved driveway; you are greeted with the sparkling Gulf in front of you beyond the white sandy dune. On the ground level, is a two car garage and a covered seating area looking out onto the beach. There are two sets of stairs, one from the garage and the other is on the back side of the house that leads to the porch. The wide L-shaped porch wraps around to the master bedroom. From the porch, you can relax and let the sounds of the waves lull you into a nap. The porch looks out onto the white sandy private beach. All the beaches along this stretch are privately owned by the property owners. AS you enter the house on the 2nd level, you see a large open floor plan which includes the living room, dining room & kitchen, all with spectacular views of the Gulf. The large kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops. The walk-in pantry is ideal for you to stock up and cook all you meals at your home for a week. The kitchen has an island that looks into the living room. The kitchen looks out into the living room where you and watch the flat screen TV with DirecTV or watch the pelican fly up and down the coast. Off the living room and kitchen are the half bath and the laundry room equipped with full size front loading washer and dryer. To the left is the master bedroom and bath. It has a separate tub, standing shower, double sinks and granite counter tops. The master bedroom had a large walk-in closet and a king size bed. The master has stunning views of the Gulf and a door to the porch. On the 3rd floor, are the 2 guest bedrooms and the other two full baths. The bedroom on the right is the second master suite with its own bathroom and a queen bed. This bathroom has a shower and sink and looks out on the white sandy beach and the Gulf. From this bedroom, you can see Horn Island, only 6 miles away. At the end of the hall is 3rd full bath with a tub/shower and this bathroom is for the upstairs guest bedroom. The bedroom to the right has a queen bed and looks out onto the Gulf and the private white sandy beach. On the private sandy beach, you can relax, take a walk, play in the water, hunt for seashells, or fish. This beach has incredible surf fishing. You can catch speckled trout, red fish or flounder. If you have kayaks, you can launch right behind the house. I'm sorry, but we do not allow any weddings, receptions or special events. Maximum 6 guests, including children. Pelican Place is 90 minutes from New Orleans, 25 minutes from Biloxi/Casinos, and 20 minutes to downtown Ocean Springs or 1 minute to your own private beach area.
