Enjoy your stay at this newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom corner unit luxury beachfront condo. La Luna 301 combines rustic Mexican hacienda charm with modern luxury in a simple yet elegant way. Each bedroom has a private large balconies facing the ocean. You are literally steps from the ocean right down below our unit. You are right in the front row for AMAZING SUNRISE & SUNSETS. The condo comes equipped with a full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Wi-Fi, A/C, satellite TV, and a 50 inch plasma television. Master bedroom has a king size bed with plush pillow top mattress, sliding glass doors that lead out to the large patio area and cable on Flat screen TV. Mater Bathroom has double vanity sinks and the bath have spa-like shower overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Watch the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez as you take your morning shower!
The second bedroom has two queen size beds with pillow top mattresses, and large closets. The custom built sectional sofa in the family room includes a full size pull-out bed. The patio area with the gas grill and large casual lounging area is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The views are incredible from this vantage point and the sunsets are simply stunning. Sit back and relax in the custom designed patio furniture and listen to the gentle crashing waves at night or sip a glass of wine as the whales swim by, right in your back yard.

Summary: Good location on the beach with great views as advertised. We received no check in information even though we sent messages to the owner twice. We arrived in the evening had to track down someone to get the access code which was not easy and took a while. The Zoerty concierge keep saying they had nothing to do with the condos but finally gave us a phone number to call. It would have been good to get this from the owner as requested. The coffee maker did not work, the microwave was in the on position only and therefore had to open the door to turn it off. One of the cabinet door hinges was off, there was no propane in the grill, No lights on the upper porch. Hopefully the manger will get these little things taken care of. That said, the unit was very nice and the location was excellent being about 1/2 way between Los Cabos and San Jose del Cabo. Great beach and walking distant to a couple of good but expensive restaurants.Overall a good experience but be prepared to go with the flow especially if you like coffee in the morning :)
