Off of the elevator form the ground level parking garage you enter the rear of the unit to a nice open foyer. To your right there will be a private laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Down the hallway the property opens up to an large open concept Living, dining and kitchen great room. All looking directly at the ocean. The property is equipped with an upscale kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Granite countertops and large center island, Tile floors throughout the living area and kitchen. in the living area there is a large section sofa and a second pull out couch for additional guests. The panoramic views are unbelievable form the living area. There is a los access to the large oceanfront deck from the living room. The dining area seats 6 with additional bar seats at the center island to easily seat 10. Adjacent to the living area you will find all four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are serviced by two hall bathrooms and the fourth bedroom is a large Ocean front master bedroom with attached bath and access to the oceanfront deck. The master bath offers a large tile shower and dual sinks.
This Oceanfront condo complex offers two car assigned parking per unit, Elevator to all floors, Large Beachfront pool, with two gas grilles, pool side bathroom and outdoor shower.

This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels to get started. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC
