Location, location, location!! This Property is in a terrific location not only because it's directly on the beach, but also because it's within walking distance or a very short drive to numerous stores and restaurants. If you'd like a cocktail or some simple but good food and live music - directly on the beach and a short 4 minute walk away is the Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe. On the weekend you can enjoy their all-you-can-eat pancakes and if you'd like, play some beach sand volleyball. Within half a mile to the south of the Property is Publix Supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Skinny's Restaurant, West Coast Surf Shop and much, much more. Little over half a mile from the Property to the north is the heart of Holmes Beach where you'll find shops such as The Sand Dollar and Island Trader, a good store to purchase something for the kids or an AMI t-shirt.
