Open concept living room, dining and kitchen layout gives you expansive ocean views from all living spaces. Fully equipped kitchen (Stainless Steel appliances), Ocean view outdoor Living room balcony overlooking private beach, washer and dryer, includes three smart TV's, and a blue tooth speaker in the living space. PASSWORD protected & SECURE INTERNET, CABLE TV. GREAT for entertaining, relaxing, watching the dolphins, or pelicans play. Wake up on the ocean for sunrise with your favorite beverage, and mesmerizing views. Enjoy long walks on a secluded beach. SandDollar is a great place to make new friends.
Guest will enjoy the use of two heated pools, & saunas, lighted tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, Bocce Ball, gas grills, picnic area, private clubhouse with full kitchen and 90” TV, workout room. Nearby Spring Training complex for major league baseball teams such as the New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals, Florida Marlins, Houston Astros and Washington Nationals.
Rate is $250 a night, minimum 30 day stay, $1,000 security deposit, refundable at end of lease. $150.00 bi-weekly cleaning fee and $250.00 end of stay turnover cleaning fee. NO PETS - NO SMOKING
