The mayor and city council have conspired to put short term rentals out of business and hand the hotels a 100% monopoly on vacation accommodations. They are requiring us to advertise and quote a 30 night rental rate. You can stay as few or as many nights as you wish. Our Beachfront Villa sits on a large private lot with a beautifully manicured lawn streching down to our sandy beach. Perfect for families and couples who enjoy a salt pool, pool slide and hot tub and AC throughout their accommodations. Summary: We traveled with our Kids and their significant others. Ken and Rosalie were perfect hosts. House was better in person. We really enjoyed the pool, as well as the provided paddle boards and Kayaks out of the water. Location was perfect for us, Close enough to get to Waikiki, but quiet enough, not to be in all the hustle and bustle, which we enjoyed. Shopping and Costco was right around the corner. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
