This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath 1,700 square foot 4th floor Ocean Tower condo comes fully furnished with everything necessary for cooking delicious dinners or relaxing at home with the family. Enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean, lagoons, pools and lounge area right from your own private Lanai. Being so close to the ocean, you can often hear the waves crashing on the beach from your bedroom windows which allow for maximum relaxation! Total sleeping capacity is up to 8 guests in beds (2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and twin over twin bunk bed).

Master bedroom suite: plush king bed with 65” HD Smart TV, ocean views, lanai, and full bathroom with large roman tub, stone shower and dual vanities.

The living room has great seating with two couches and chair around a 65” HD Smart TV with DVD, upgraded cable and high-speed internet.
The dining area has an eight-seat dining table and adjacent to the gourmet display kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, outfitted for any home chef wanting a overstocked kitchen. Between the kitchen and dining area is a large center island with four bar seats too.
The large outdoor Lanai has both pools and ocean views, four cozy lounge seats and another table with two chairs. Very relaxing day and night from the Lanai.
