Positive: The owner was very friendly, the facilities are great. Workers are very friendly.
Negative: Nothing is clean, towels, beddings, they all have stains which are not really pleasant. The water heater doesn't work sometimes and I can smell gas, I think the vent is missing. The Tv remotes are sticky. The glasses doors to the balcony are not sealed so during the windy day you can hear the wind clearly inside the room all time. One neighbour in 701 was very rude and she was occupying the elevator for 20mins, not allowing anyone else using it. I could have asked owner for help but I'd rather have clean stuffs at the very beginning.
