"Above the Sand" is an old school beach house sitting beach front giving you the best views possible. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guest, this home is perfect for your small family trips to the beach without breaking the budget. All living spaces are located conveniently on one level. You have adequate room under the carport to park your cars. Also under the carport you will have access to a gas grill, an outdoor shower, plenty of chairs, a picnic table, a glider, and a beach storage room. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are an open floor plan which also allows deck access with the best views of the Beach!! The master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and a en suite bathroom with a shower and double vanity. The guest bedroom across the hall host a queen bed with a TV. A Jack-n-Jill bathroom connects this bedroom to the twin bedroom. This bathroom consists of a shower/tub combo. The twin bedroom has two twin beds with games and puzzles located in the closet. By the entrance way is the laundry room and the 1/2 bathroom. When you stay at Above the Sand, you are sure to have the best spot on the beach!! No need to fight the crowd to setup your beach gear. Simply walk down the back stairs, take a few steps on the beach path and you are ready to kick back and Relax!!
Our homes come with everything you need! All properties are equipped with initial setup of supplies such as of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap and a trash bag. Tenants must furnish, food, cleaning supplies and personal items for the rental period. All linens are provided and are included in the reservation cost. This includes one set of towels per number of people the property sleeps and one set of sheets per bed. All beds will be made with the exception of sleeper sofas, futons, and trundles. You will need to bring beach towels. Depending on the length of your stay you may want to bring additional supplies. All dinnerware/cookware/glasses/silverware are provided in the home.
Beach Gear is included in your reservation! This home has a weekly credit of $245 towards your beach gear rental (delivery fee of $25 may apply). You can choose from bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, and more. Your selected items will be delivered to your beach house for you. Simple, easy, done ~ No Worries!
