• Villa Attendant: Available Monday–Saturday for 3–4 hours daily, providing light housekeeping, bed and room prep, towel refresh, kitchen cleaning, and mid-week linen change upon request. Service is included in the rate.
HOUSE RULES - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the villa. A $500 daily penalty applies for violations and will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the registered card.
• No pets allowed.
• No parties or events.
• Check-in from 4 PM: Early check-in requests are welcome with prior notice and subject to availability.
• Check-out by 11 AM.
• Security Deposit: A $1,000 deposit is required via the VRBO platform and will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
