The highlight of this Beach front home is the floor to ceiling wrap around windows with stunning views of South Chesterman Beach and Frank Island. Sit with a glass of wine and watch the waves you’ll never want to leave! When not dining out at one of the many restaurants in Tofino, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and custom made wood dining table created by one of Tofino's local artisans. The master bedroom features a queen bed, with ensuite bathroom, huge soaker tub and steam shower, perfect to warm you up after a beach walk or surf. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private patio area to sit and listen to the waves. The third room has a king bed with a nice size closet. A bathroom to share across the hall from the two bedrooms has a handicap shower for the elderly or disabled if needed . The other features include a hot tub over looking the beach, basketball court in the front parking area, and a private front parking lot for kids to play. The ADP is a mandatory fee of $15 per night, plus taxes and covers things like: Broken glassware or plates, Damaged, stained or missing linens, Stain on the rug or carpet, Reported pet damages, Broken coffee pot, Accidents from children, Broken electronics. The ADP does not cover: Damage that is not reported to us, Misuse of a hot tub that then needs to be drained or re-filled, Any additional cleaning required from home not left in clean and tidy condition, Bigger damages like: a TV screen or window. We ask that you please still report these items to us, as we would like to come up with a fair cost or Any costs to repair or replace items caused by damage that is beyond what we consider normal wear and tear will be deducted from refundable damage fee.
