The roof top deck has 360 degree views of Folly Beach, Folly Island, the Ravenel Bridge, and the Sullivan's Island and Morris Island lighthouses. All families of all ages are welcome to come and create memories at this one of a kind, spacious home. This house does have a service elevator that reaches all floors. This property is newly renovated and can comfortably sleep 10 people! The beach is just a few steps away from your own beach access walkway. After enjoying a long day on the beach, come relax on one of your many balconies! Or if you prefer, there are several local restaurants serving up fresh local seafood! Bring your surfboard or your rod and reel and enjoy everything this property has to offer. This vacation is all about you, so kick your feet up, or put your toes in the sand!!

Summary: We were very pleased with our stay at this gorgeous Folly Beach house. It felt like we were staying in someone’s home, not a rental unit. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable, and the house was in excellent condition. It was a nice touch to have hand soap in every bathroom and the kitchen, bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels and more. The place was spotless when we arrived. The beach is so close, and you have 360 degree views from the rooftop. The property manager was always ready with a quick reply. One note: if an elevator is a must-have, I would look elsewhere. It was out of order during our stay and we would have benefited from having it with elderly folks. Based on other reviews, it sounds like an ongoing issue. Other than that, this house was really amazing and we look forward to future stays.
