Summary: It was mostly fine. House is more than a little funky. Great location, but the house layout makes you go hmmm several times. The most obvious is the internal stairway that forces you to walk through the upstairs bedroom to get to any other room on the top floor. Then, there's the downstairs sink, shower, and toilet all separated by a walk through hallway to the two lower level bedrooms. Finally, the two kitchens seem completely redundant. Outdoor fire ring was enjoyable as was the outdoor shower grotto. I wouldn't pay half the cost for this house if it was in any other location. Being right on the beach has to be at the top of your list of amenities for this property to be considered. Just to be fair, we used this property as three couples. The funky layout of the house would be much less of an issue for a single family with a couple of kids.
