Summary: The single bed mattresses are filthy, have rips, stained and have very bad odour & are at least 30-40years old . All mattresse protectors & doonas on beds were covered in hair and had not changed before our arrival. Some of the pillows had yellow stains. Floors were grainy and you could fell the dirt under our feet. Mould on light shades, around windows. Didn’t use BBQ as it was filthy. The utensil draws had dried food scraps in them which we had to cleanup before use. The L shaped lounge that is advertised as large and new is small with stains and very bad odour and the foam was protruding out of the zipper . Most of the walls and doors were dirty or marked. Dust on fans window frames. Due to arriving on the public holiday , once we noticed the filthy mattress protectors and the state of the house we tried to contact the realestate but it was closed and our calls were not answered. So we had to rush to Target to buy new ones for all beds which we shouldn’t be required to do. We spent the first 6 hours of our holiday cleaning the beds, kitchen and floors. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. The way it is managed needs to change. I have time stamp photos to prove the state of this house was in on our arrival.
