Light, bright, cozy newly renovated 750sqft guesthouse with ocean views of entire Santa Monica Bay from Palos Verdes to Point Dume. Experience world-class beaches and surfing, miles of hiking, endless activities, exquisite cuisine all within minutes. Slow down, relax with anonymity and live like a Malibu local, all within a 10 minute commute to Santa Monica Pier. Small break out front or paddling distance to Topanga Break. 3 min walk to Reel Inn, Rosenthal Winebar, Quicksilver Flagship and Wyliesโ€™s Bait Shop. At low tide, walk the beach to Mastroโ€™s Ocean Club.
Guests can expect:

Both the bedroom with king bed and Living Room/Kitchen open onto large private terrace with lounging bed, seating area and dining. Small office or breakfast room with large ocean view window. A hallway off the living room leads to the bathroom (entrance in hallway) and bedroom. The shared deck below has board/kayak storage , double loungers and seating, table tennis and a staircase down to the public beach. Detached from the main house with its own separate entrance and on-site parking. Additional street parking available on PCH.
Located just past the โ€œWelcome to Malibuโ€ sign (before Las Tunas), 5 miles from Santa Monica/10 freeway $8 uber ride (highest peak $14) to downtown Santa Monica. Within Postdates and Ubereats zone for delivery. Quiet neighbors, peaceful spot.
