This thoughtfully curated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is designed to create a comfortable and relaxing space. Unwind beachfront along the uncrowded shores of Indian Rocks Beach, nestled in the heart of the sun coast midway between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. Enjoy breath-taking sunsets, walkable dining options, and access to a free trolley that runs north and south along Gulf Boulevard.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet with plenty of storage, and direct access to the balcony. The spacious second bedroom boasts two new queen size beds. Each bedroom includes dresser, nightstand/s and TV.
The main living area has a large dining table for family meals and comfortable seating for your social gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked should you choose to cook and the bar seating area is a great place to work remotely with a convenient outlet. We’ve got all your beach essentials covered (chairs, towels, water accessories) and there are a variety of books and board games to keep you occupied during pop-up showers. The large covered patio provides plenty of space and seating to enjoy beachside breezes with your beverage of choice! You may even hear live music from the balcony at certain times of the year. There is also in-unit washer and dryer for guest use.
The complex’s heated pool is directly on the beach surrounded by palm trees, tropical flowers and lush landscaping for privacy. Watch the sunset from the beach, the pool or from our private balcony. We have high speed wireless internet, 2 assigned parking spaces (one covered and one not covered) as well as a locked lobby for security.
Hamilton House is a small complex located on the beautiful beach in Indian Rocks. This 23-unit development is located directly on the gulf so there is no need to drive or cross busy streets to get to the powdery soft sands. Our condo is the first level living directly above the covered parking area with easy access via elevator or single flight of stairs. It is a side-facing unit with views of the Gulf from the balcony.
Indian Rocks Beach is just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and offers easy access to all major cities and attractions in the Tampa Bay area. Along the main stretch of Gulf Boulevard, which links all these beach communities, you'll find options for kayak & boat rentals, local tour operators, a large variety of dining establishments as well as the Redington Long Pier for world-class fishing. If you prefer not to drive, we are walking distance to shopping and numerous restaurants-Guppy's known for their fish, TJ's Italian cuisine and Food Network featured Keegan's.

Summary: Incredible location, clean, and the most readily stocked unit we’ve ever rented. Cheri thought of everything and it is so nice to not have to stock an entire apartment after traveling to your vacation property. The kids had everything they needed for the beach and pool. The patio even has a slight view of the water but we didn’t mind not having a full ocean view because the complex is right on the beach - you could just run downstairs for a sunset view. Incredibly close to great restaurants and ice cream shops. This was really a dream rental. The washer broke before checking in and Cheri communicated so well with us and even refunded a portion of our stay because we didn’t have washing access, which was incredibly generous. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit for an incredible vacation!
