Positive: The location was very nice; convenient, quiet, close to the water.
Negative: The outside was not well maintained. Grass needed mowing, deck in poor shape, and lots of overgrowth. The front door was nearly impossible to open. Also house had very large roaches and ants. Did not feel the accommodations met the price.
Summary: Had a nice stay but too expensive for the accommodations.
