Summary: The view from our room was excellent. This location is prime! The rental company really tried to decorate well; appliances and furniture was great. I was surprised and happy to see there were games and some beach toys in the room. Property is outdated. WiFi was poor. I was worried about the beds being too soft, but we all slept very well. One of the two elevators was out of order our whole trip. There was also a water leak (just a drip) from one of the floors above (this was all located in a closet, so we didn’t really notice it). The maintenance people were very nice, quick, and respectful. I know we will look back and not remember any of the minor inconveniences. We had a great trip and the condo was great otherwise. We would not stay at this exact location again, but would use the rental company and visit orange beach again!
