This 26th floor condo is incredibly inviting after long days at the beach playing in the surf and catching rays. You will absolutely love your private balcony views of the water and sands as well as the full kitchen where you can whip up a tasty snack. Settle down in the evening and watch a movie on the 50” flatscreen TV in the living room. This home has everything you need for an excellent stay including central AC and WiFi. Recent updates include new shower doors.
Utilize the outdoor and indoor pools on-site as well as the fitness center, sauna, hot tubs, theater, game room, and shared grill. Pier Park is just a mile away in addition to many restaurants and bars. And of course, the complex is just steps from the beach!

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
