******Due to Hurricane Helene and Milton: The building has power, cable/wifi, water and the beaches are open. Until further, there is no longer have any ground floor amenities. That includes shuffleboard and BBQ area. There will be active construction, so please except to experience construction noise. Parking adjustments will be made depending on where the workers are. Public parking is nearby. You have the free lot across the street to the right inside the white picket fence. The pool is now available for use!*****

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction in this complex will begin February 22, 2023. The project is estimated to last at least until early 2024. During this time, construction noises will be audible during working hours. Some parking spaces may also be moved to temporary locations due to construction equipment. This project will be completed in phases, and vacation rentals will have inaccessible balconies while undergoing construction. During late summer/early fall, the pool will be closed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: Home away from home is an understatement. This condo was very clean. Had everything you needed…. And then some! Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella. Extra bath towels, blankets, toiletries… and the beds and pillows were comfy. Kitchen extremely well stocked. Being able to cook and having that ocean view was priceless. The balcony and patio furniture was clean and comfy as well. Our stay here was wonderful! Thank you for sharing it with us. We will definitely be back.
