Beach and Ocean front 24th Floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo in Panama City Beach with full sunrise and sunset views from a private balcony. Max 5 Guests including children. Master king Bedroom with Full Bath, 2nd Twin Bedroom and full bathroom with stand-up shower, Owners have installed new flooring in the master bedroom, new furniture, and completely painted the condo, stocked the kitchen fully as well as installed new ceiling fans. Extra conveniences include Large Smart TV in Living Room and Large TV with Fire Stick in Master Bedroom, upgraded wifi speed, and cable entertainment package. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, new stainless LG appliances as well as new stack laundry unit in the condo. From the kitchen and living room look directly out over the sugar white beach and clear emerald gulf water. The afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking. You can see for miles down the beach in either direction or watch for wildlife and the action in the water.
Tidewater Beach Resort has 636 feet of gulf beach frontage. It is one of the most exclusive resorts on the Emerald Coast of Panama City Beach. Tidewater Beach Resorts amenities include two huge lagoon pools (4200 sq ft each) with spas, sauna, a heated indoor pool, pool side Tiki bar, a 4300 sq. ft. fitness center, a 5000 sq. ft. conference center, a movie theater, game room, full-service restaurant, covered & climate controlled walkways from the covered parking deck plus seven elevators. Summary: The condo was very easy to get to and check in was super easy. Everything was communicated beforehand so made it that much more simple. Even with some of the construction going on on front beach rd it did not impact the location in our minds. The condo itself was very clean and had a perfect view of the gulf. It was decorated perfectly for the beach and made you feel like home. If you are the stay in and cook type then anything you could possibly need is available. The property wasn’t packed so getting on and off the elevator was a breeze and at night it was very quiet around us which made it a nice stay as well. Pier Park is super close and within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Plenty of space for us and our kids. Definitely will choose this an option in the future if it’s available.
