Summary: Great: Property Management. Location. Condo itself. Minor issues: The sofa bed like all the reviews said was not really sleepable. The mattress is old. Also the cloth/springs that hold the mattress up is broken/ no support in the middle and the end (you would fall down if you sat at the end. Major: This property was supposed to have a heated pool on site which was one of our main criteria. The pool was closed our entire stay. They said they would compensate and give us offsite pool passes but it was difficult to get to without a car. With a car it’s difficult to rally wet kids in the cold. The compensation was an extended night which I said we could not take as we have flights. They never got back to us. We picked and paid for a place with a heated pool and did not receive what we paid for.
