Summary: Married couple with 2 20-yr old daughters enjoyed a 5-night stay at this unit. It was extremely clean, and was also cleaned each weekday. Master bedroom was comfortable, but the blinds on the sliding door did not close all the way. I had some chip clips with me so I was able to get a bit more privacy. We did not use the TVs in the bedrooms. Kitchen was well appointed, with the exception of scissors which we could not find. We did have an issue with the freezer door popping open each time the fridge door closed, but I think my husband fixed that for us. The view is spectacular and made for some beautiful sunsets. The beach sand is soft and easy to walk in, and we enjoyed snorkeling right out in front of the unit. I did not see that this unit is walkable to restaurants, but I didn’t mind that as we had a car. The staff managing and maintaining the property are lovely people, and you can tell they take pride in Discovery Point. Advice to future guests, save your sleeping for the beach - you have to get down on the beach early if you want a cabana. Sometimes people would put their towels down, claiming the cabana, then not show up all day. We were able to get shade each day, but I would not have wanted to go without, as the Cayman sun is Strong! Very good communication with the hosts. They were patient with me early on as I tried to add a day to our trip.thank you for a memorable vacation!
