Great downstairs beach front condo directly across from the beach with the Oceanside harbor shops, restaurants and marina at your back door. Unit is a large one bedroom, 1 bath, with (2) two queen beds in the bedroom PLUS a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Condo is spacious open floor plan, 770 sq ft, completely furnished and offers all the amenities and comforts you have at home. Full size and fully equipped kitchen makes this unit ideal for vacations or weekend retreats. Plenty of towels, including plush beach towels, and bed linens are provided for your use. Also included are, boogie boards, cooler, sand chairs, dome canopies and a variety of sand toys for the kids or the young at heart.
2 HDTVs (55" & 32") are provided in the living room & bedroom.
Free Wi-Fi internet access.
2 cordless landline phones
No air conditioning, but there is a central cooling FAN, plus 2 pedestal fans, and 4 ceiling fans (living room, dining room, vanity & bedroom) that are provided for your use, if needed.
Large private patio is perfect for viewing California sunsets.
Guests are provided with gated parking -1 reserved parking spot in front of unit. Vehicle size limitation is 16'. No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed in the parking lot.
On site pay laundry facilities located on the 1st floor
All guests have access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gas BBQs and picnic facilities in the pool area. All amenities are open year-round except during any scheduled maintenance.
We also have a local property manager and her staff to assist you during your stay.
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Once you have booked and have been contacted by our property manager, you will be directed to SUPERHOG to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed within 2 days of arrival.
