Directly facing the sugar-white sandy beach, enjoy beautiful sunrises and fantastic sunsets. This cozy condo has everything you could want for your vacation. All new living room furniture and a new extra-firm king mattress in the bedroom. Kitchen and bath feature granite countertops. Ceramic floors with new plank flooring in bedroom.
On site amenities include a swimming pool and hot tub with poolside restrooms, as well as outdoor grills and a covered gazebo. Boardwalk has outdoor shower.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was excellent, there was some maintenance issues on the building and pool area we were not aware of at the time of booking. NAS Pensacola Navy Museum was excellent. The live theatre group in Gulf Shores was good, we attended Xmas shows while there.The bike trails are excellent, highly recommended.
