Tidewater amenities include Waves, an onsite restaurant, Flop Flops, a general store that brews Starbucks to get you going in the morning & serves cocktails, ice cream & other snacks, Gulf front gym, 2 hot tubs, 2 Roman Tubs, 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, saunas, steam rooms, movie theater, game room, covered parking. Only 1/2 mile to Pier Park Shopping, Restaurants, Movie Theater, and Amusement Park! The condo is beautifully furnished with new mattresses, new chairs and sofa in the living room, upgraded stainless kitchen appliances and a new Carrier AC unit. It is professionally cleaned and between each renter, linens are sanitized by the cleaning service. Beach chairs are left under the bunk beds for renters use on the beach.
