The Crescent at Miramar Beach is a hidden gem located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. One of the few low rise beachfront buildings, The Crescent has only sixty eight condos on four floors to provide ample space at the pool and beach for owners and guests. Positioned such that the building wraps around beautiful beach side tropical gardens and lagoon pool for unique views like no other. This resort style community offers a 4500 sq ft lagoon pool, a second heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and game room. #112 is located on the first floor of the residences but is actually the 2nd floor of the building and provides magnificent views. This 2 bedroom condo has granite counters, stainless appliances and is beautifully decorated with updated paint and furnishings and new tile flooring
