Catching a wonderful view from this beach front property, Mainsail 235, is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental that sleeps 8 guests. This unit is located in Destin/Miramar Beach area and is located on the third floor of the Mainsail Resort Mainsail which is a beautiful 15-acre beachfront family resort with spectacular views of the gulf and just a short walk from the unit to touching the emerald waters!
Upon entering this remarkable vacation rental, you are welcomed with a comforting kitchen that is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and essentials from a morning coffee, supplied by your choice of a keurig or standard coffee maker, to family meals as you bring everyone together with seating at the breakfast bar and a six-guest seating dining table! Accompanied by the kitchen, are a full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry closet for daily use after each exciting adventure. Continuing through the condo you are presented by the living area with a cozy feel that is filled with a sofa, loveseat, multiple accent chairs for your guests to come together for relaxation or to enjoy entertainment from the HDTV. Also, from the living room area you are greeted by a entrance to the coastline view from the private balcony! Getting more wind-down, the gulf view master king suite is located right across from the dining area and offers a HDTV, access to the private balcony, and a private bath. This master bathroom includes a separate powder area with an enclosed area for your bathing needs. Off to the end of the dining room is the second bedroom that includes a queen suite with its own private bath and a HDTV. The third and final room is located upon entering the condo and includes two comfortably placed twin over twin bunk beds, with its own HDTV and a guest bath just right outside the room.
Mainsail is a beachfront resort and offers an array of amenities. You'll enjoy the 2 pools (seasonally heated in the winter), hot tub, kiddie pool, an area with several gas grills, a gym with beautiful Gulf views, game room with vending machines, covered parking, courtesy patrol, tennis courts (equipped with shuffleboard), wireless internet access and meeting facilities. Close to the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, golf, fine dining and a host of other activities, you will be guaranteed a fun-filled vacation!
**As of June 11th 2024, Unit will come with two Mainsail parking pass. A $50 charge will be applied per additional pass needed.**
