Located directly on the “World's Safest Beach,” you'll be a few steps from endless beach activities like swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding. You'll also be one block from Linden Ave., Carpinteria's main street, where you can enjoy burgers from The Spot, locally brewed beer from Island Brewing Co., and a fancy seafood meal from Little Dom's.
This three-level home offers ocean views from nearly every room. The lower level includes a large open space Kitchen and Living Room that leads out to a beachfront deck on the sand with an outdoor dining table, and BBQ. The mid-level includes three Guest Rooms, one of which features two bunk beds to fit up to five children. The upper level is just for the Primary Suite complete with a wet bar, coffee makers, refrigerator, and private patio perfect for whale watching. Fire up the grill and watch the kids play in the water from the comfort of your private palapa on the sand.
PLEASE NOTE: During the winter months (November-March), the City of Carpinteria may erect a sand wall to protect all of the beachfront properties from winter swells and storms. While it protects homes, it does have the potential to block the view of the ocean from lower levels of the home.
