Summary: We stayed 3 nights, and it was quite ample space for our party of 5. Didn't even need to use the loft as sleeping space, which could have helped with an expanded party size. Watched the sun rise over the ocean 3 times from the balcony. House is 50 yards away from pass-through to the beach. Location is equidistant between 2 piers, and is therefore very picturesque.Enter on ground floor; 3 bedrooms (1 with balcony, but no view)/2 baths on second floor; kitchen and living area on third floor; and, loft is a 3.5th floor, per se. Cabinets and fixtures are not very updated; but, whatever. For the price we paid for an oceanfront property, it was an excellent value. Would stay here again!
