Positive: The location is the big draw here. The view is amazing, and just across the road a great beach for swimming with shaded areas. The room was spatious and comfortable. It was a 2 bedroom unit so we had more than enough space for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked, although some simple things like a spatula or some form of untensil for cooking eggs etc was absent. There were 3 AC units, one in each bedroom and one in the main living space. There were enough outlets for chanrging including some adapters. Great secure parking in a locked, covered area. Lots of storage for clothes etc and a nice bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. We were walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the main beach. The balcony was a nice space with enough chairs, a table, and a clothes drying rack.
Negative: The main negaitve is that the host is not close by and works another full time job. So, response time is not great if there are issues. We had an issue with the AC unit freezing up and leaking water onto the floor. Now on the positive, the matter was resolved once he arrived with a technician the next day. We did not use the pool as it appeared to need a cleaning.
