This newly updated and furnished home is perfect for a quiet family getaway. It is a very quiet and private location but also very convenient for a walk or short drive to many local restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
The amenities include new ground floor ocean front deck, private hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating. All located directly on the sandy beach.
The home features 3 levels perfect for large family separation. All 3 levels of this house have oversize ocean front decks.
The ground level unit includes 2 bedrooms ,1 bath, full kitchen, dining and living areas. It has a separate laundry room. This level has a screened porch with direct walk out access to the deck and private hot tub.
The 2nd level has another full kitchen, living room and dining area with a large private balcony. There are 2 large bedrooms and one bath and a washer and dryer. The living room walks out directly to the large ocean front balcony.
The third level has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath perfect for a family with children. This level also features a large private balcony.
This home has sleeping capacity of 22, with the addition of 2 new sleeper sofas.

Summary: We all had own rooms .plenty of space for large groups and with 2 kitchens helped out also ! We was able to checkin at 10am instead of 4pm on sat thru emerald coast was great and made alot of difference ! Was lil timely gettin ready to go out in the evenings with jus 3 baths but it does work ok 👍 only issues i can think of was 1st day teens found few beer bottles and clothing in lil bunk room which was addressed and it rained like crazy 2 days and 2nd floor bedroom leaked some but they came right out next morning and checked it and notified the owner so im sure that will be fixed and door goin outta of sunroom needs adjusted again simple fix ! All in all great stay !!! Thanks FYI- was 22 of us total small kids , teens, adults
