Our large living area offers 2 full-size sofas, a huge flat-screen TV, and non-stop water views. Formal dining is a pleasure when it’s gulf-front! Our gathering table seats 8 and is the perfect setting for every meal and will bring your loved ones together for that much-needed “face time”.
Nothing has been overlooked in the large, bright kitchen which boasts mirrored subway tiles, an oversized center island with bar seating for 7, new appliances, and sleek white cabinetry, including cookware and dinnerware. Dazzle your group with a brunch spread or an array of fresh seafood - this kitchen is a chef's dream! Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are available for your caffeine needs.
Beach views from the elegant primary king bedroom are in store, along with balcony access, a large TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en suite bath. Ready to relax and refresh? The sizable en suite bath features a double vanity with vessel sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and a separate shower.
The queen guest room is secluded from the family room and features an en suite bathand large TV. The private bath includes a single vessel sink vanity and a beautifully tiled large shower.
The secondary guest room is spacious and perfect for the younger ones in your group. A large TV, 2 double beds plus a lofty bunk area with 2 twin beds offers ample space for a variety of late-night stories, TV watching, and beach vacation memory-making. This bedroom shares access to the hall bath, which features a single vanity and shower/tub combination. There is also a full-size washer and dryer laundry closet located in the hallway.
Make your way down to the ground level where the beach boardwalk is just a few steps away and will lead you to the pristine sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico! Beachside showers are available, as is a community charcoal grill. On the north side of the building, you will find the private community pool.
