It has an elevator, and the condo has several stairs and there are even inside the apartment. It is important to take this into account if you are traveling with the elderly or people with difficulty climbing them.
The condo and beach photos are not edited. They are recently taken. However, due to natural phenomena, in your reserve you can find sargassum (algae) on the beach and it may not look like the photos. In any case, when this happens there are people cleaning the beaches, but keep in mind that it is a phenomenon that happens throughout the city, it is not exclusive to this condominium and it is out of our hands.

Summary: The beach is wonderful, the unit itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. This is not a five star resort and there were visible issues with the unit, but they did not disrupt our stay. We had a minor communication issue getting into the unit but it was resolved quickly. Overall, we had a relaxing time, it’s very convenient to shopping, great restaurant's, and groceries. If you are looking to spend most your time on the beach or on excursions this is a great option.
